Nightmarish Collage Workshop with Carlota Pérez Ortiz & Leticia Quirós

Have you ever thought about how to capture a dream that shocked you, or thought about gathering your deepest fears to exorcise them with cut-outs and glue? Then this is the workshop for you. Join this workshop to explore the technique of collage, with its infinite possibilities, and enter the unconscious world of dreams and nightmares in paper format. There will be magazines to cut out such as Deadline, selected vintage cut-outs, and different cardboards in dreamy shades.

Leticia Quirós has a degree in Audiovisual Communication. She started in the world of collage as a representation of what she didn't know how to express with words. She has trained with different people in the world of collage from Spain, Italy and Argentina. Her works have been selected for group exhibitions in Spain, Germany and Finland. She currently holds weekly collage meetings in Berlin.

Carlota Pérez Ortiz studied Graphic Design and Advertising at ELISAVA, Barcelona. She is nowadays studying Psychology at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She has worked for several years in Berlin in the advertising sector as an illustrator and audiovisual editor. She is currently teaching ceramics courses for children at Bartleby & Co, a renamed bookstore in the center of Kreuzberg, Berlin.
